STEVE HANLEY
Georgia Pine Home Inspections was founded by Steve Hanley, a University of Georgia graduate and former United States Army Field Artillery Captain with seven years of service. Steve brings the same discipline, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility from his military background into every inspection he performs. After completing professional inspection training through All American Training for Home Inspectors, passing the National Home Inspector Examination, and earning certification through InterNACHI, Steve quickly built a reputation for reliability and clarity.
CHRIS KNIGHT
Working alongside Steve is Chris Knight, whose background adds a powerful layer of depth to the inspection process. Chris brings 35 years of hands-on construction experience, including 25 years of owning and operating a remodeling company. He completed his inspection training through AHIT and is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. Chris’s extensive construction knowledge allows him to assess homes from a builder’s perspective, offering valuable insight into workmanship, material performance, and repair considerations.
